What you do is good. But I experience the same thing. A couple minutes after you cum you should just shake out your dick if that makes any sense. I will try to explain it because I cannot think of a word to describe it. Just wrap your hand around the base of your dick and squeeze a bit while moving towards the head. :P That will clear all the semen out of your dick. That should help. So I have a questions, can you retract your foreskin so that the head is exposed? If so you should do that and run some warm water over it and use some soap. Wash your balls, shaft and head of penis. And if you push the foreskin a bit further you can clean out the sigma and the penis itself. Make sure its comfortable for you, take it easy. That how I clean my penis.
