Try getting out there and making some friends :) for us gays and bi's we have one group who usually stereotypically like us... Girls! Maybe you can get some friend who are girls :)

Well the way I see it, the reason you aren't making friends if because of...

1. You're not trying hard enough to get friends, but everyone is shy in their lives at some point of another...

2. It says you live in Alabama which is primarily socially conservative thus they'd look at bisexuals with a disdained thinking...however I'll assume since you mentioned you're bisexual, you're open about it and thus is the reason the avoid you...

My conclusion? Try finding equally shy/or not yet open-minded people who will accept you for whom you are...

When making friends, the fact your bisexual shouldn't even be relevant. The issue isn't your bisexuality but you just have trouble making friends in general. Forget the fact your bisexual for a moment and at the start of next school year get involved in clubs, sports, or organizations at your school. That's the easiest way to meet people if you aren't daring enough to strike up a conversation with someone you barely know. The more you're involved and around people, friends will come. Break out of that shell and let the world get to know you.

I moved to a new school during middle school and I was able to make friends after a while. I found good people to be friends with eventhough I am a quiet person. Just look for people with your interest in clubs, electives and sports. You should find at least a couple of people. Try to talk in class more with people and put yourself out there.
