Ok so i have this friend and we were talking and he said dude well i have something on my penis and i said what is it and he said gential warts and he was wondering what could you do to get them away? Could you use the compound w freeze off

Your friend should tell his parents and see a doctor immediately.

Genital warts probably means he has an STD or STI, and with that possibly Herpes. Herpes only shows symptons in flares so some months you may think you're are totally clean, and the next month it will flare up and you'll get genital warts. Currently its untreatable and sometimes can be passed down genetically, however it will not make you infertile.
