I just showered, then I peed, and right after that, I had a quick and pleasurable jack-off. I crawled into bed, and my penis started hurting somewhere in the tube close to the urethra. I went to the bathroom, and I had to pee again. I did, but it still hurts. What's going on?

It could be any number of things from just temporary pain to something which could be potentially serious. If you are still feeling the pain in the morning, or if it gets worse overnight, you need to tell someone, and see a doctor.
It may be embarrassing to ask, but it is much better than having any serious problems.

I would give it until morning and if it still hurts I would strongly suggest biting the bullet and telling someone so you can see a doctor.

Steven is right. It may be embarrassing to ask; but I would rather be safe than sorry. If you're still experiencing this tomorrow or if it comes back talk to your parents about seeing your doctor. You could try to tell your parents that it's a personal issue, but you can always talk to your dad if you feel more comfortable with him. They're your parents, they want the best for you.
Is it possible that you got some soap in your urethra from the shower? That is quite painful and could be the root of the problem here.

I have Genital herpes, and I don't think that it's caused by that. Normally bumps start to appear before a legion/rash around the urethra appears.
It could be caused by the masturbation, did you use a basic (soap) lubricant?

Happens to me sometimes, but it gets better by morning. You should be fine. Otherwise make a doctor's appointment.

Sounds like it could be an infection of your sperm duct(s) or vas deferens. If you go see your doctor he/she might put you on antibiotics to help this. Just my theory though.
Yes, it's scary and embarrassing, going to see a doctor about this but in all honesty, they're trained to be sensitive and not judge, so to speak. Just go, don't over think it and it's really the lesser of two evils when you weigh up talking about your penis or having a pain in your penis.
