I agree with you... I don't think it's right having sex that young... I at least want to wait until I'm legal, but I'll probably save it till I'm around 17/18.

Is that the 12-hour clock or the 24-hour one? I think that's a great saying if you're talking about the 12-hour one. :P

Anyhow, I think it's weird, too. I don't think it's weird for them to think about it and maybe experiment with themselves, but I don't think they're at the stage yet where they're ready to experiment with others. Though, then again, I guess it depends on the person.

And, to the posts above me, it would be horrible to switch out the condoms. At least if they're having sex, they're doing so safely.

I think a lot of its up to opinion. When I was 11-13 i thought about that stuff and talked about it. I think partially its because youre in middle school and youre confronted with a mixture of more resonsibility as well as sexual awareness for the first time ever, so thats how you adjust. The other part is actually maturity. I know 12 year olds who still act like theyre five and throw fits and make dumb jokes: clearly not ready for that sort of encounter, and then there are those who are more mature than me. same goes with physical maturity, that sort of thing doesnt rely on a certain age and varies person to person
