I don't think it's possible. I remember reading somewhere that there if a flap in the urethra that closes right before ejaculation to block urine. It shouldn't be possible.

Nobody has done it, mostly because it's impossible. Unless you mean urinating after ejaculation and there is still semen in the uretra, but other than that, it can't be done.
