i have a whole bunch of pubic hair but my penis is 5 inches long. when will it grow. i remember talking to a friend thats 1 year younger than me and he said that he was 7 and a half inches. by now i probelly think he is 8 inches. im also 14 and turning 15 next month.

This is very good advice, it doesn't really get much better than that as far as answering this question. You're right where you need to be bud - you're still growing and developing so there is no way to tell how things will turn out in the end.

Don't stress yourself out over these things, most guys lie about their size in the first place, and you're just under average for an adult, so at 14 I'd say you're doing pretty well man. Try not to let it all bug you, I know the unknown can be stressful but it will be fine when it's all said and done.
