I've lost a bit of weight from my stomach and toned that up ;gone from size 12 to 10 [american size 8 to 6 i think but I really dislike my thighs. There not.. fat per se, but just unflattering I think, when I sit, theyre fine when I'm upright,if that makes sense. I guess I need to tone? Not sure how to do that for that area.

Height;5ft7
Weight ;about 10 stone 10, sorry, not sure what that is in 'american', if you tell me what you measure in ,I'll convert it.

If theres a quick way , great! If not ,... I want to be slimmer by october half term as going abroad :)

We measure in pounds (lbs)

You can try squat jumps. There's 2 different ways to do it. You can do it with jus your body weight. All you hve to do is squat down with your thighs paralell to the ground and your back straight, hands on your ankles but not grabbing onto them. Then jus jump straight up in the air. But if you dumbbells, then you can use those as well. Its the same thing, only you have dumbbells in your hands. For the best results in the least amount of time, after you jump, make sure the dumbbells are on the ground before you jump again

Lay down on your side and stretch your legs out. Keep on leg on the floor and raise the other one about 1 foot and hold it there as long as possible. Do about 30 seconds then switch to the other side. Do this 10 times a day. Obviously the longer and more often you do it the better.
