Is it strange?

My friend is almost 15 and is very shy when it comes to his parents, so he comes to me with questions about puberty and sex. He recently asked me if it is normal to have an itchy scrotum with white hair on it. I don't have this so I was wondering if you guys could help me out. :)

Yep perfectly normal.

The hair that is while is just normal hair and the itchy part is possibly due to hair growing. Although if it starts to get red spots or becomes very itchy he might want to go see a doctor.

I think your friend is fine though and perfectly normal.

I think the same, he might have jock itch witch is a rash. (See a doctor about that) but the hair is normal. Btw the simple presence of the hair might be causing the itch

Yea it is normal...as we get older and start growing hair in places we haven't had it, it does itch...just like if you shaved your pubes when they grow back it begins to itch ....
