Not all girls can do it, although some may be albe to do it without even knowing because it can take a high amound of stimulation and the right method to do it for some girls, and other girls can squirt fairly easily while the rest simple can't do it at all. Just for the part of squirting feeling good; I can say from a guy's perspective WE find that ejactulating feels much better. Not sure about the lactating... but of course a doctor would know! I know they may freak you out (I'd feel the same way!) but they really have your health and best interest in mind whenever they have to "check out" those private areas. If you still don't want to go get a doctor's opinion I would at least advise that you "leave yourself alone" for a little while. You know, give whatever's bleeding time to heal (you said it was getting better already). Well, (assuming this is true), your dad should NEVER be touching you in a sexual way. This is what's called molesting and it's against the law (not to mention it often leads to the kid having messed up relationships in the future, and can be very traumatic). The white stuff that comes out of the penis is called semen, or "cum". It's job is to go in through the vagina and fertilize an egg to create a baby, and it comes out when the guy has an orgasm. You don't need a condom when masturbating, but if you're masturbating with someone else, it's a good idea for the guy to wear one if you're going to be coming into contact with his penis, to avoid the spread of STD's and perhaps prevent pregnancy depending on what it is specifically that you're doing. Girls sometimes squirt, or ejaculate, when they have an orgasm. Some girls do it, some girls don't, and it's perfectly normal either way.
