You just need to find out what you like, try a different method of masturbation. Just rubbing yourself in various places [not necessarily in the pubic region] and going with what you think feels nice.

Most girls won't orgasm before they are 17 - whether it's masturbation or sex. Some females will go through their whole life never having one!
