If he trusts you enough to tell you something like that, then I'm assuming you trust him a lot as well. It should make it a little easier since he already came out to you, so he knows what it's like. But, I bet if you ask him, he'll tell you how much better he feels now that he knows someone else knows. Sexuality isn't something to be ashamed of, it's just who you are.
Just sit down and talk with him if you feel you can. How did he tell you? Could you do the same thing?

It's always easier if someone else knows, and your friend won't exactly judge you for saying your sexuality. If anything, it give you two something in common and you can give each other advice. If you feel that you trust him and you feel comfortable, I don't see why you shouldn't tell him. Sometimes it's better out there, this may be one of those times. But, it's completely down to you and what you feel/think is right.

Well your friend has came out to you. So I doubt he is going to judge you if you came out to him.

Also if you came out to him you two could both support each other when times get tough.

Yeah I would tell her. Even though my friend is straight, I felt so much better about myself when I finally told him.

He probably trusts you a lot since he told you that he's trans and bi. If you trust that he wont tell anyone that you are bi/gay then you should tell him. It always helps to have someone to talk to and he will most likely accept your sexuality more than others will.

Its always good to have support and obviously he felt good enough about you to tell you and if you tell him I'm sure the two of you could support each other....

If you don't want anybody to know but him, make sure to tell him that it's a secret. Otherwise, I would go for it, it is so relieving to come out to people.
