Well our parents aren't very fond of it and they always come to check on us so we can't go farther in our relationship

Well, if all you have done is make out not really sexually active, but seems that they think you're doing more and by catching you maybe they think you are...have you talked to them about it?...most 14 year olds have at least kissed and all so you're only normal bro

They will think they have failed and might give up
