Tell her that nearly everyone gets caught at some point, and that it isn't that big of a deal. I mean, her parents have/probably still do it themselves, it's totally normal and she shouldn't be embarrassed.

Agree with the others that we all get caught now and then...it is normal for boys and girls to masturbate...obviously her parents really made her feel bad, and for that I am sorry...but as Rachel said have her get on here and talk to others that have had this situation and just keep supporting her...that will definitely help
