Do you last during sex?

No, seriously though. How long do you last during sex and do you have ways of prolonging it? I ask because I've been having sex with my girfriend for about 6/7 months now, maybe even more, and i just find i get too excited and I can't stop myself. I don't think it really bothers her too much but it bothers me because even I'm left feeling a bit dissatisfied. I think I usually last about 10 minutes. There are times when I've amazed myself and lasted for like half n hour and it feels great after! But it actually bugs me because I want it to be longer, I want to enjoy it more! I've tried wanking in the day before I see her but it doesn't help. If anything I'm not really feeling in the mood as much and so I don't really put much effort into it, which leads me to not enjoy it.
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
