i have a really good friend she is fun to be around and everything. i think i might like her is that bad?

This is not a bad thing. I assume when you say you "Like" her, you mean you like her in the sense you might want to date her?

It's natural to feel some kind of feelings for your best freind as usually with a best friend you can confide in them and care about them. Two things you end up doing with a boy friend or girl friend.

There is nothing wrong when it comes to liking a best friend, nothing at all. The only thing I would suggest as if you did have an intimate relationship with a best friend this might cause some friction when you break up possibly causing you to loose a best friend and a partner.

Also you might weird the friendship out as you have already been in the "Friend Zone" for so long this can sometimes mean the relationship is so much like a best friend type thing that it never really commits resulting in possibly losing a best friend and your relationship.

It's up to you what you do at the end of the day and it is certainly not a bad thing developing feelings for a best friend. However their is a downside I pointed out. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

its perfectly normal for a guy to feel that way about a close friend. especially if you are straight and its a girl or gay and its a guy.
