So, what comes out is clear, not white like I would think semen is. I am 13 and I am not sure if this is normal and gradually gets into a white substance or what. Any help would be appreciated. I have some research and it may be "Pre-Cum", or something like that.

As you grow older your body shall become much more devleoped. Have you recently started ejaculating? If this is the case then I think it is just because your body is still maturing in that department. So your normal.

If you have had a lot of whiteness in your ejaculation then chances are it is the fact that you masturbate often and you are not giving yourself time restore so to speak.

"Pre Cum" is the stage before you ejaculation. Not all people get this.

You just need to get older it will turn while eventually

It should turn white within a few months. As you produce more sperm, the colour changes from clear to white. Pre-cum, on the other hand, is a clear liquid that comes out before orgasm. Not everyone has it, however.
