So I have this neighbour. He's 14. He's clearly a late bloomer, since he's kinda small in general. I've never really liked him, he's kind of a douche. But we were doing a neighborhood barbecue and he walked in on me while I was peeing. I told him it wasn't a big deal. But he told me that I had a big dick, and asked if I could talk to him about puberty and maybe show him how to masturbate. I told him I didn't think it would be a good idea, but that I'd think about it.

You should show him. He needs to be educated sexually. But you don't have to do that if you don't feel comfortable with him.

If you don't want to, or it would be awkward, you shouldn't do it. It might be helpful for him, and he needs some sort of education, but even if you say no he'll probably end up talking with someone else. Do it only if you want to.

This sounds like he read one of those forum topics titled "how do I get a friend to masturbate with me?" and is trying it out. Lol, jk. There's no harm in talking to him and even showing him how to do things like masturbate. Like others have said, it could help him out, but if you don't feel comfortable, he'll learn on his own like most guys do. Don't feel obligated to do what you don't want to.
