i got this cut just at the bend of the arm which i've had for a week now, problem is it wont close up or become a scab on it. the cut is about 2.5cm long and 0.6-0.7 cm wide not sure how deep it is, you can see flesh but i never got the vain.
so should i get this sown or just wait for it to close up? it should eventually?

If you've had it for over a week, and it is still constantly bleeding, then yes, there is a chance that the skin was cut too deep to repair itself. Have a doctor check it out, especially because it may have caused an infection, or more serious damage.

I would pop into the doctors, only cause its been a week and the chance of infection is high due to its location. However if saying that if its scabbed over it should heal, just don't pick it. Keep it cleaned and covered with a dressing.
