Testicle Torsion?

So today I started to feel this uncomfortable feeling on my left testicle. It's not exactly pain, it's an annoying feeling. It feels like someone is squeezing it enough to the point where it feels uncomfortable. I've had this for the last 3.5 hours. My left testicle is just really sensitive to everything at the moment. This isn't the first time I had this either, I get it every 3-5 months. Also, I felt around it to see if it was normal. There's a bump about the size of a bb gun pellet on the bottom of the testicle. Whenever I had it before it goes away in about an hour, but now it just stayed. Any idea what it is? Have you had it? Thanks for reading this.

Any bumps that occur on the testes should be an immediate wake up to see a doctor. I'd say see a doctor now, cause having pain and a bump is not normal.

You found a bump so you need to go to the doctor. Some people feel a tension when they have built up frustration but the bump kind of cancels that out

Yeha i had this just a few days ago! I thought it was a torsion too, got kinda bad stomach problems. Had this awkward moment when my gp started feeling my balls up for lumps. Since then, i've been fine! If i were you, i'd just tell ur dad/ mom/ other and book an apointment with your doctor. No worries!

Yeah Dude, you need to see a doctor, if it is torsion, the quicker you get to a doctor the less damage that is done to the testes.

I've had something like that. Its an annoying pain that is produced when you testicle is not where it is supposed 2 be, but u must go to the doctor because there are many types of torsions.

I had that happen recently. If its happened before, its probably not torsion. Although as I've always thought, "If you wanna keep em, get it checked out." An ultrasound isn't at all invasive and I'll admit...the gel felt kinda nice. Being in the ER with a tech placing something on my balls for everyone to see wasn't...

Now I have several questions.

1. Are you uncut or cut?
2. What type of pain are you feeling: sharp/sudden or more of a burning feeling.
3. Are you sexually active?
4. On a scale from 1 to 10, how painful is it?

a lump anywhere and especially associated with any kind of pain is a red flag. It may be nothing but i would let a doctor determine that. better safe than sorry and you can't put a price on peace of mind.
