Usually after I orgasm I get soft which im asuming/hoping is normal. Then when me and my girlfriend want to go another round we get frustrated because its so hard to get an erection even if i like watch her naked and finger herself or something. Is this normal to not get erections for about 10-20 minutes after orgasm or do you get them right away?

yes its normal. the penis has to recover after an orgasm before you can get hard again. some guys can get multiple orgasms close together but it is uncommon.

Also, some guys may not be able to have multiple orgasms, BUT they recover extremely quickly, like 10 minutes or so. However, it varies from person to person (from 10 minutes to several hours) but I think age is a big factor as well. I mean, if it's hard to... well.... get hard the FIRST time when you're older, it's gotta be hell the second time!

After you orgasm, you're done for awhile. It's not an endless thing. You have to recover most of the time.
Pretty much everything else was covered in the previous posts.

I agree with the top posts. Usually after you orgasm, you feel a bit tired and more relaxed, so it's harder to get to orgasm or jack for about 10-20 minutes, and it may be an hour for some guys. You have nothing to worry about, it's completely fine :D

I find it best to just take a break for 20 minutes and not worry about it - othewise, if I keep going time after time, it will hurt after I cum.

That period is called the refactory period. it is normal and it does increase with age. During this period you lose all sexual interest therefore you can get hard again. it give your body time to recover and recharge from botht the orgasm and ejaculation. you can google it if you need more info.
