This question irritates me more any any other! Of all the girls I know, myself included, I've never had one say "I need/want a penis at least _____ big." We are more concerned with the emotional connection we have with the person we are with. Even if it were a one night stand, if we are attracted to a person (and that can be physical or personality/emotional), the size is the last thing I care about.
Guys are the only ones concerned with penis size.
