View Full Version : what types of guys to girls like?

I just often see girls saying:" awww, he's so cuuute" or "oh my god, he's so hot!" when looking at some random guy on blogs or posters... sometimes even when looking at other guys when talking behind their backs.
I always wished they would say something like that to me but they never do ;_;
anyways, I just can't see what these guys have more than me. Usually, they have the same hight, same hair style, almost the same face and often the same personality as me... (gentle guy, laughs a lot, plays a lot of sports, and has good grades at school)
so yeah, I would just like to know what makes you find a guy cuter or hotter than the others. Is it muscles? personality? or anything else that makes you find a guy perfect?

well, yeah, but it's also the kind of question in which I would like everyone to look at and answer. It's not exactly about any specific relationship or dating. It's just a general preferance topic.

Yeah, I would like to know this too. Is it just all about the looks now? Or do girls really even care about how intelligent guys are anymore? (According to my parents, it used to be like that when they went to school...)

How about instead of adjusting yourself to some vague concept of what most girls like, you find a girl that likes you for who you are? Geez.

I agree just be you. Someone will like you for who you are. Don't be someone you aren't

I'm gay, so I feel like I can answer this question :P
What makes a guy "cute" in my opinion is either looks (a bit muscular but handsome in the face = cute), or the way he acts. There was this one guy who I thought was the cutest guy ever. He was my height, he was gentle, he made a lot of small jokes and he was a bit to himself but friendly. That's what made him cute - that and he had a bit of a mustache like me n.n
So what really makes a guy cute is both his looks and his personality.
That's my take on it, although other girls and guys might look at it differently. Although I agree with Fallstel and Anthony - just be you, and you'll have a much better relationship because she likes you for who you are =]

You don't really know that girls don't say that stuff about you. You said that they say it behind guys backs so you never know. They could be saying "Oh, hes soooo cuute!!!" or "Oh my god hes hot!" behind your back.

Who cares! I hate conformity. There will always be someone who is attracted to you the way you are. My advice---don't totally change yourself just for a girl.

Yeah man, i know this girl who had a really big crush on me and i didnt even know her. Its just who I am and what i look like I guess. While other girls dont want anything to do with me, its all to do with what they find attractive or cute.

There is no way anyone can possibly answer this question because every girl is differnent and thus has different likes and attractions. For example:
Stereotypical 'perfect guy': Ripped, hot bod. Fabulous blonde hair that he has a habit of casually brushing to the side. Deep, penetrating blue eyes. Tall. Confident. Laughs a lot, showing his perfectly straight, radiantly white teeth. Etc, etc, throw him on Baywatch :P
My Perfect Guy: Not ripped or hot. I'm just not attracted to guys with 6-packs and great pecks and all that jazz- a really fit body just doesn't do anything for me. The last guy I fell for was actually really big, and it's kind of a pattern for me- I like big guys. Also, he has to have FANTASTIC hair. I don't care what kind, color, or style, it just has to be wonderful. The previously stated guy had these gorgeous curls that were just a little lighter than copper, and one of them would sometimes fall on his forehead....*melts*
There's a lot more I could add to that, but I think you get the point. Every girl is different so take Tim [Fallstel] and Anthony's advice- find the girl, don't try to change the guy. If you keep trying to change yourself to meet girls' needs, you're never going to find "The One" because she won't ever be attracted to the real you, since you never let it show.
