so for about a 3 month period this past school year, i was super depressed and it really interfered with my grades. I just didn't care what happened regarding my grades and didn't do any work, id just go home and sleep or just sit around. Sometimes i'll get really depressed out of nowhere and it can last anywhere from a few days to a few months. it sucks

Try to study some more and just hang on in there because everyone pulls through eventually.

What do you mean by "super depressed?' Was there something else going on in your life that kept you from doing schoolwork? If so, and if you're comfortable, can you explain it?
---
If not, then there is only one way to get back on track. You have to do it for yourself, and your future. You can't rely on others to get it done, but yourself. Push yourself to do the best work you can do. It doesn't have to be the best in the class, grade, school, whatever, it has to be your best. If you keep the same atitude now, where do you think the rest of your life will take you?

I went through a really depressive period around may last year during my gcses and it really affected my grades at the end.so I can empathise somewhat. Have you spoken to your parents about it/are they aware of this? If so perhaps they can organise a meeting with the pastoral staff at your school it will give you a chance to discuss things and possibly organise some extra help for you.

I'm kind of going through this same thing. You might wanna talk to your school counselor about it. They might be able to help you out.
