the best way to get rid of people in my experience is not to "walk away" or any of the stuff, but don't fight with them either. If she says anything you had to say something calmly to her to leave you alone, but also make a clever, funny jab back that is minor. Literally quote this, you can have it... "I really don't appreciate you saying these things to me and I would like you to stop and got play with boot, map, and backpack." and then just leave. but the key is to be calm and don't have an attitude, stay serious

Ignore her, for a few weeks. Just don't retaliate. If you ignore her she may get bored as she may know it's not bothering you. However, if she keeps doing it and you are ignoring her, report her to someone at school.

1) Don't use the word "retard" offensively. Just don't.
2) Just ignore her. If she is going to give you a hard time because of your appearance, fuck her (not literally). It is your appearance.
