As a rule of thumb when it comes to masturbating, as long as masturbating does not take up all of your free time, your penis and/or body is being hurt, and your normal routines are being negatively affected by doing so, then you are not doing it too much. Especially if you are totally new to masturbating you are going to do it a lot as the sensations are probably really cool and you have a high level of hormones in you. Once you get older and start to move past puberty, then you will not masturbate as much. My view is that your current masturbation habits are not bad, and you are fine.

As what you are ejaculating, you are producing semen. You are probably still new to sperm production which is why your semen is not totally white. It takes about 6-8 months from a guy's first ejaculation for sperm production to catch up, and my guess is that if you are seeing white your body is maturing. You are normal, and you are just like the rest of us.

You are quite normal for someone your age, and you are progressing quite well in terms of development.

As for your stage, I agree that you can use the Tanner Stages (http://www.4parents.gov/sexdevt/boysmen/boys_sexdevt/index.html), but just be careful with defining yourself according to the stage chart. The reality is that puberty can happen in different order for different folks and things never are perfect like the Tanner stages. All because you are one of the smaller people in your class doesn't mean that you are abnormal. Many, many 13 year olds are small like you, and you are hardly unique in that respect. I have noticed that kids like you who are tiny at your age really bulk up and get big and tall later on. Are you questioning on what came out of your penis when you were in the tub, or are you saying that you are happy that you had your first ejaculation based upon your last sentence above? One does not become gay by watching one type of porn or another, and sexuality is something more than simply being aroused by one sex or another. Yes, I am circumcised. Thank you for the clarification, and I read the OP's post too literally as I thought he was asking if porn actors used actual string to retract their foreskins. Your answer no doubt clears up the situation, and the frenulum clearly is the "string" to which the OP is referring. I agree that stretching exercises, especially in a warm shower, is the best way to go. Again, if things are not retracting, then a visit to the doctor should help you out.

I know what you mean, and my guess is that your method is most likely the culprit here. My suggestion is to visit www.jackinworld.com and work through some of the methods on there to see if they will help you. Also, when you masturbate make sure you are aroused. You can't just lay down on your bed when you are free and start stroking just expecting things to happen. You need to be in the mood in order for masturbation to feel good. Basically, you need to think about things that make you horny so that masturbating feels all right.

Keep in mind that masturbating definitely falls into the optional category, and you don't have to masturbate to be a man or developed. If masturbating is not your thing right now, then I suggest you just do other things. My guess is that your sex drive just has not kicked in, yet, and that is normal. The "traditional" way, for me at least, involves rubbing the head. As an uncut guy the normal action is like rolling the forskin forward and back over the glans, thats where the most sensitive nerve ends are.

The trick is that if folks give you a hard time about your penis that you think of good comebacks and don't let folks keep you down. If you hold your own and don't let folks think that they are making you feel bad, then they will move onto other targets.

At 13 there is no way a person is going to have a full sized penis, and many folks your age have not started puberty. I appreciate the clarification, and I did misread your post thinking you were 13. It really is hard when one is the smallest fellow among the others, and some folks can be real jerks. I agree with the advice above, and as long as you are not masturbating to the point where your daily routines are being interrupted or that you are putting off critical tasks to masturbate or spending all of your free time masturbating, then you are fine. At 13 I am sure you are pretty new to sexual feelings and masturbating, and as with anything new you are going to find it exciting and fun at first. Also, with the level of hormones within you the fact remains that you are going to be abnormally sexual right now. However, once you get older you will probably masturbate less.

It is normal to talk with other folks your age about development issues as when a lot of us were 13 the changes through which we were going were really confusing and getting reassurance from someone else our age can be a big relief especially if they are going through the same thing. Just be careful about talking about sexual things as some folks are not really comfortable talking about it especially if they come from a background where body issues are kind of repressed. Just play it by the ear as some folks are totally easygoing about talking about their bodies while others are not. Obviously, if the person does not feel comfortable talking about body issues, then drop the subject.

Another thing I would add in reference to your "naughty" comment is just be really, really careful about doing sexual things with friends. As a rule of thumb, the quickest way to loose a friend is for you two to do sexual things together (and this includes masturbating together) as there are times when things get really, really awkward. Especially at your age your hormones are going to make you do things that you would not normally do, and make decisions with your big head and not the little one as you don't want to loose a friend(s) or be caught in an awkward situation.

Regarding your earlier question about balloons, I would really recommend you stay away from them as they are not really designed for the purpose you desire. If you can find some condoms around the house, then that is your best bet.
