The reality is that many 13 year olds cannot ejaculate, and you just may not be developed enough to have the ability to do so. In short, you are perfectly normal for not ejaculating, and keep in mind that guys can be as old as 16/17 before they experience their first ejaculation even though they are developed everywhere else.

As long as you are getting an orgasm, then you are getting most of the feelings anyway without the pain of cleaning up a mess.

Usually you should not be hurting when you orgasm, and having dry orgasms should not be causing your pain. Is your pain internal or external with regards to your penis? If your pain is external, then there is a chance you are rubbing yourself raw, and you should use lube especially if you are cut. If your pain is internal, then do you have pain when you urinate, too? If you have pain urinating, then there could be a chance you have a urinary tract infection which is not uncommon for guys.

Firstly, using soap as a lubricant is not a good idea as it will cause burning in your urethra as well as dry out your skin. If you masturbate only in the shower, then use things like cream or baby oil as a lube as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, and body washes are all going to cause irritation down there and not provide adequete smoothness (out of a lack of a better word).

As for your bleeding, my thinking is that you went too rough when you masturbated thus causing a small cut. Just go a lot more gentle on yourself next time, and don't push yourself too hard when your masturbate. As for what you can do now, I would not masturbate for a couple of days, and your wound should heal on its own. Just keep the area clean, and you can always apply Neosporin, or its generic equivalent, on the wound.

My thinking is that if it hurts to pee after you clean your penis with soap, then you must have gotten some soap in your urethra causing your irritation. Soap getting into your urethra does cause a burning sensation, and you should never use soap as lube if you masturbate in the shower. While you certainly must use soap on your genitals to keep them clean just don't use soap, body washes, shampoos, and conditioners as lubes. Use something like cream, vaseline, or baby oil as lubes if you cannot actually buy real lube like AstroGlide or KY. I do not think that you have a urinary tract infection due to your irritation happening only after your shower when you interact with soap. If your pain happens everytime you urinate, then you have cause for concern.

The only way to get rid of a urinary tract infection is through antibiotics, and if you ever have troubles urinating, then it is critical that you seek medical attention. Basically, you have to urinate in a cup, and the doctor does a dipstick test to ascertain if there is bacteria in your system. In most cases a urinary tract infection will clear up within a week with the right medication.

My only guess at this point is that when you shower you might accidentally get some soap into your urethra when you clean around your penis. As a result of some soap getting into your urethra some stinging happens when you urinate after a shower.

Then there could be a chance you have a urinary tract infection. My strong suggestion is to tell your parents that you have pain when you urinate, and you will need to go to the doctor. A urinalysis is quick and painless, and there is no shame in your problem, if you have one.

In light of your clarification, then my best guess is that the grip or method you are using must be the root of your problem. I was confused as I thought that your problem happened when your urinated, or you had masturbated right after showering. You should visit www.jackinworld.com, which is a safe website, and you can experiment with the various techniques listed on it. Perhaps you are too rough with your grip as you might be squeezing your penis too hard thus causing your discomfort. I can see your point about wanting to have a strong grip, but the reality is that you have to loosen up somewhat as going at your penis too hard pretty much defeats the purpose of masturbating. Masturbating should go by smoothly, and a gentle, but firm grasp is what you need and not a hard grasp. The root of your pain seems to be in the way you are holding your penis, and my suggestion is that you lighten up a tad so that you won't have so much pain. Your situation is hard to explain in words, but I am going to try to do so. My regrets if my explanation does not help out.

What I would suggest is start with a really loose grip and try masturbating that way. Very, very gradually tighten up so that you get a grip that is not too loose or not too tight. Also, make sure that you are using some sort of lube as my guess is maybe you are rubbing yourself raw. Use something like a cream or baby oil as those two items are readily available around the house without your having to get lube (which is actually ideal, but probably not possible at your age). Be gentle, and don't be rough. Even if it takes you a lot longer to get an orgasm it is better that you go slow and gentle rather than fast and hard.

My thinking is that what you ejaculated was pre-cum, which is the fluid that lubricate the urethra prior to an ejaculation. Keep in mind that urine is toxic to sperm, and the body needs to lubricate the urethra so as to protect sperm. If you have not ejaculated before, then pre-cum is a sign that your first ejaculation is coming up.

As for your pain, you have nothing to loose to be screened for a urinary tract infection. Simply tell your parents that you have pain when you urinate, and they really should not make a big deal of it. After all, women get urinary tract infections from time to time, and your Mother would be the most understanding of your issue. When you go to the doctor's office all that will happen is the doctor asking you when your pain started and what your symptoms are. OK, I've followed along here and think I understand.

The sensation you're referring to after orgasm sounds pretty normal. It's not actual 'pain' which is the body's signal that it's damaged or injured (or infected). After orgasm, there's a hypersensitivity to touch and stimulation, which is experienced as 'uncomfortable', like a burning/tingly feeling esp. at or near the head of the penis. This is the body's signal to you to stop, that the act is complete. Biologically, by creating a sensation which results in your stopping, it better insures that the semen you've just expelled (in a vagina during sex for procreation) stays in there and doesnt get 'rubbed out'.

If you're talking about THAT sensation, the tingly, burning feeling after orgasm, it's normal, and there's not much to do. It will last thru the 'refractory period', that time between erections when you're 'resting' and cannot get an erection, and might be more intense the more orgasms you have oin a single session.

Lotions, lubes, grips or techniques will not change this, it is a biological function.

I agree that you are just a late bloomer and have nothing about which to worry. Keep in mind that some guys as late as 16/17 develop the ability to ejaculate at that late stage, and you are hardly alone. There is nothing you can do to make yourself ejaculate as you cannot create something that does not exist. I don't listen to the bible. Religion is fake (i'm christian, i can say that). It didn't develope with humanity, it was developed by humanity. The bible makes no mention of masturbation, but the popes of a couple centuries ago believed that you could run out of sperm, so they decreed that masturbation was sinful and wasteful.

To be honest, the Bible really does not say much, if anything, about Masturbation. I think there is some obscure reference to masturbation in the Old Testament where God told a fellow to marry his dead brother's wife and impregnate her to have children in his brother's name (as was custom in those days), and the fellow defied God by masturbating rather than having sex with the woman. The post above has hit the nail on the head, and the only thing I would add is that the sensory overload you had was probably the refractory period after one ejaculates. Keep in mind that after one ejaculates the penis is usually sensitive for a little while after the ejaculation.

Saliva is probably not the best lube out there. Keep in mind that because saliva is water it won't take any time at all for it to dry out. Also, there is the hygiene issue about which you need to think by using salvia though you won't have any health problems by using it. You are far better using cream or lotion for lube, and if you get an allowance and have access to self-checkouts at your local stores, then invest in some actual lube. I agree with Burnthecity's advice, and you should definitely follow his advice. As he had mentioned, "balls dropping" is simply a slang for when one starts puberty. A male's testicles drop soon after birth, and if your testicles are still within your abdomen at your age, then you have a serious problem.

As for ejaculating, it is tough to say when that will happen. There is nothing wrong with you for not having had ejaculated at your age, and you just are a late bloomer. Your problem is pretty common for guys who start out masturbating in the prone position and eventually make their way to the fist method. As for household lubes the best things you can use are lotions, creams, or baby oil. Just don't use soaps, hair care products (i.e. shampoos, conditioners, etc.), or anything medicated. You can use creams without arousing the suspicions of your parents, if that is a concern.

Generally, urine should not come out when you masturbate as the ducts handling urine shut off so that the semen can come out. There is no question that it is not normal at all to let your dog lick your privates as there is the basic issue of hygiene. Also, the ASPCA comes out strongly against sex acts between humans and animals as animals cannot consciously choose whether or not to be a willing participant in sex acts with humans. The ASPCA argues that sex acts between a human and an animal is abuse of the animal.

I think the pain you are experiencing is because you are pushing yourself too hard, and you might want to take it easier when you masturbate. Perhaps you want to ejaculate so badly that you are pushing your body to cum, and keep in mind that tugging on your penis really hard will no doubt impact it along with your anus. Also, if you use anal stimulation and are a bit rough, then that can be the root of your problem, too.

You are most definitely normal, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with you. There are guys as old as 16/17 who don't experience their first ejaculation. Most guys get their first ejaculation between 12-14, and you are right in that time frame. If you don't ejaculate by 14, then you are still fine as you just might be a late bloomer. It might be helpful to define a few terms for guys.

1) Orgasm=the rthymic contractions of that little (wonderful!) muscle between the scrotum and anus.

While you are a late bloomer that does not necessary mean that there is anything wrong with you. For better or for worse you are part of a minority of guys who hit puberty later which is most likely more inconvenient than it is a problem.

As for your ejaculation issue, if you are spurting out a clear liquid, then you are producing seminal fluid which is the stuff in which sperm lives and uses to propel itself up a vagina. If you are producing this clear fluid, then you have achieved sexual maturity and are actually ejaculating. It just might take a couple of months for you to produce sperm as there is usually a lag time between a guy's first ejaculation and sperm production. How long have you been producing the "clear fluid?" Again, my thinking is that you are actually ejaculating now albeit you are not actually shooting out sperm right now which is fine.

As for the whole body hair issue, the reality is that some folks get a lot of hair whereas some don't get much at all. You can use your Father and older brothers as a gauge as to how hairy you will get. Keep in mind that some ethnic groups don't get particularly hairy with the folks from East Asia and Africa being relatively hairless whereas South Asians and folks from the Mediterrean regions being pretty hairy. Northern Europeans fall in the middle of the spectrum usually. If you don't get much, if any hair, then that is hardly a sign of your not being masculine. Body hair is a pain anyway, and be thankful that you don't have it. However, my guess is that if you just started puberty recently, then it might take a year or two for your hair to come in. I had a relative who grew totally normally for puberty, but he did not get any of his body hair in until he was 19/20, and he was totally hairless everywhere even on his legs until then. However, his hair came in quickly, and now he has normal hair.

Regarding your voice, that is super hard to say, but I had two cousins like you, and their voice changed by the time they were 17. They both started puberty around 15/16, but their changes went pretty fast, and their voices changed before they left high school. There is no science to voice change, but my guess is that it will happen within a year for you and gradually. Don't fret about your voice as it will deepen one way or another.

In short, you are a typical late bloomer, and you are not a freak or have issues. I hate to say it, but you have no choice but to wait things out. If this means anything, I would have much rather been a late bloomer and understood the changes than be an early bloomer and not be mentally prepared for the changes of puberty. Trust me, late bloomers catch up fast, and a lot of you guys end up becoming pretty big. What a lot of guys do, if you don't do so already, is keep a rag handy so that when they do ejaculate they can readily clean up their mess. While this is easier said than done, make sure that you ejaculate into places that can be clean up, and make sure that you don't cum into bedding that cannot be cleaned easily such as a comforter unlike bed sheets which can be put into a washing machine. Keeping a bottle of Windew or Glass Plus handy might also be a good thing to clean up any excess semen that might get in places that are awkward.

Patchy pretty much hit the nail on the head, and the only thing I can add is that the way you can tell you are producing sperm is when you see globs of white/grey in your otherwise clear seminal fluid. Once your seminal fluid darkens, then that is a sign that you are starting to produce sperm.
