As for ejaculating without an orgasm, then is not very common but it is possible especially if your penis is stimulated in the right way.

As for urinating after masturbating, it is totally normal to do so and is actually a good thing because you are cleaning out your urethra of the residual semen.

Your basic problem is that you are focusing so much on your problems and emotional issues rather than just enjoying the moment. Emotional states definitely affect sexual performance, and if you have a lot on your mind, then you will not be able to get an erection let alone enjoy masturbating. Basically, clear your mind when your masturbate and don't focus on what you cannot do but rather just enjoy the feelings and everything else will fall into place.

As for the whole not being able to cum issue, the fact remains that there are guys as old as 16 who cannot ejaculate, and there is nothing wrong with you. I am thinking that you were just excited about trying out a new masturbation position which caused you to orgasm quicker than usual. Usually trying out something new causes a lot of excitement which is most likely the root of your concern.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with you as you are simply a late bloomer, but I know that it can be an ego buster when you see your younger brother being able to produce semen whereas you have not. As with any new ability or skill it takes time to learn how to do things right, and I am guessing that you are new to puberty and the whole masturbating thing. You can look at my post above (#1114) which gives general advice on masturbating. My suggestion is not to focus so much on getting an orgasm or ejaculating but rather simply enjoy the feeling that you get. Only masturbate when you are very much aroused, and you might need something to enhance your pleasure like lube (if you are circumcized) or a magazine (as long as your personal morality is not against using images to masturbate). Basically, take things slow and be patient, and realize that you just might not be developed enough to produce semen, yet.

As for how long it takes to achieve orgasm that really varies. When I first started masturbating it took a long while to achieve orgasm with the time being in the 30-45 minute range. Once you actually achieve an orgasm for the first time, then you will know how to do so, and it should be a whole lot quicker to get one.

The operation to which you are referring is known as foreskin restoration, and a foreskin can be fashioned for the person. I am not sure how such a procedure works, but it is indeed possible.

I don't think your issue is a fetish but rather evidence that you are a risk taker. My guess is that possibility of your getting caught adds excitement when you masturbate when your step brother is in the room whereas when you are alone the level of excitement goes down accordingly.

To be frank, having arousing thoughts is critical to having an orgasm, and the mood is critical to being able to enjoy sexual acts. It is not unusual for boys to masturbate other than for pleasure as some folks do it out of boredom while others do it to relieve stress. Your case provides another reason to masturbate as you simply wanted to see how far you are in puberty. My point is that masturbating does not always have to be about pleasure.

As for your specific point about your stage in puberty, keep in mind that you don't necessarily have to ejaculate in order to be in advanced puberty. While for many guys an ejaculation is their first sign that they have started puberty for some others they may get all the other signs of puberty such as body hair, increasesd body mass, and deep voice only not to be able to ejaculate. It is not unheard of for guys to be as late as 16/17 and only experience their first ejaculation then. Don't exclusively judge your progress in puberty on your ability to ejaculate, and remember that masturbating falls into the optional category. You don't need to masturbate if you don't feel like it as there is absolutely no requirement to do so in order to be a guy. Once your sex drive kicks in, then you will probably feel like masturbating.

Finally, be confident in yourself as puberty is an awkward time. Remember that you are just as good as any other guy out there, and don't be concerned if you are not exactly like or liked by guys your own age. 13 is a hard age, but once you are out of junior high, then you will be all right.

First and foremost, how old are you?

You need to keep in mind that not all guys develop the ability to ejaculate right away, but many guys can at least masturbate and get an orgasm. My guess is that your body has not developed the ability to produce seminal fluid which is critical to ejaculate. As for exactly when you will ejaculate no one can give you a definite answer. However, keep in mind that for guys that produce pre-cum, which is the fluid that lubricates the urethra prior to an ejaculation, that the presence of that fluid indicates that one is close to ejaculating.

Don't worry if you cannot ejaculate right now as you will certainly do so sooner rather than later!
