2) As an FYI, there are gazillions of sperm in 'pre cum'.

There is no sperm in pre ejaculatory fluid. If the person still has semen in his urethra because he recently ejaculated without urinating before returning to sexual activity, some sperm may remain and be pushed out via pre cum, but pre cum doesn't actually contain any sperm. Therefore, if you are having sex without a condom and you have "pre cum", as long as you don't ejaculate, there is almost no chance of pregnancy.

6) Balls do not 'Drop', there is no such term. Testicles descend into the scrotum before birth. They stay there in the same place, in the same position thru life. They only get bigger during puberty. They also do not change size before, during, or after ejaculation.

The two cords connecting the testicles to the body grow only during puberty, and grow rather rapidly. This causes the testicles to "drop", or hang lower. This happens around the same time the testicles start to create sperm, and that is why the balls "dropping" is often associated as the turning point in puberty. One word. Vasocongestion. Blue balls is prostatic congestion, which is just a condition of temporary fluid congestion in the testicles and prostate caused by prolonged sexual activity not resulting in an ejaculation. Blue balls is a slang term, but the condition is real. Though your balls do not actually change color. Similar vasocongestion can also occur in females and is commonly referred to as "blue walls".

8) Whatever size you are now, you can expect to be about 6" when your fully grown, when puberty ends around 20. There is nothing to do about this but wait.

You are totally fine, and a lot of us did not first start ejaculating until we were 14 or older. As long as you are getting an orgasm, then you are getting most of the experience anyway, and all semen does is basically create a mess. Unless you plan on having children anytime soon I would not worry about not ejaculating as you will do so soon enough. It sounds like you have developed smegma under your foreskin which is common for guys like you who don't pay special attention to wash under it. As mentioned above, just make a special point of washing the area, and it might take a couple of days to get things back to normal. You must always practice good hygiene especially now that you are in puberty. If you are limited to using household products, then the only other thing of which I can think are lotions and creams which can be a bit less messy than Vaseline. Of course, you can use stuff like baby oil as well. One can use vegetable oil, too, but the problem is that your family is definitely going to notice if cooking oil is suddenly disappearing in large quantities.

About the only other suggestion that might work for you is to buy actual lube which you can get from any drugstore. You can generally find lube in the family planning aisle or by feminine products such as tampons and pads.

It's 100% normal for males to go flaccid after they achieve orgasm. Most males work that way. Although some people can have a very light orgasm and then keep going for round 2 or more. My best guess is that residual semen in your urethra which was not pushed out during your ejaculation is making its way out after a couple of minutes. Generally, the way you can avoid that problem is urinating after ejaculating which definitely reduces that issue.

I agree with this post, and it actually is kind of harder to masturbate with a condom using the fist method as it does feel like a barrier in a way. I suppose if one is a prone masturbater using a condom would not really be an inconvenience.
