If the ppl close to you are consistently telling you that your too skinny then you may possibly be. its very easy for us not see any differences while other can see them whats your height and weight right now? that could be a good way to judge.
though i bet they are over exaggerating and while they say its alot its really only a lil :)

If you are 4'10" and 103 lbs then your are in the healthy range. If you eat healthily, you will maintain this weight. You should still get the help of a therapist, however, to prevent it from getting worse. Your attitude toward eating and your weight doesn't seem healthy. They will help you feel better about your weight. If you wait and don't tell someone, you may get worse.

i agree your weight is in the healthy range but right above the underweight range. If you ever have any urges to eat alot of a certaint something go ahead and dont feel u need to exercise it off, with your weight, u will be fine. one splurge wont make u overweight
