So I was just wondering this, you know how if you wear tight underwear it can keep your body heat in your groin up and thus kill sperm. What i was wondering is what happens to the dead sperm, does it come out during ejaculation or what?

Yes the dead sperm comes out when you ejaculated along with the live sperm

well, i don't think it kills sperm, i think it just makes it too hot for the body to produce any because the testes are too close to the body, and the scrotum is unable to make them go away, so i don't think its that its killing any sperm, its just that not as many sperm are being produced, but human males make so many sperm, i don't think that underwear are a particular problem, especially at a young age...

Sperm die constantly and new ones are made. Heat can kill them, but most just die since they have a short lifespan. They come out with the rest of the sperm during ejaculation.

The sperm that you do not use is actually used! i belive its just absorbed into the body and made into protein.
