Does anyone get testicular cramps or something like that...? I don't know if it's really a cramp, but it's a pain I feel (not very often) in my testicles... It hurts very badly and it's like a tearing or ripping sensation... It happened to me one time when I jumped a fence right after I hit the ground on the other side.

...this is cute, i like it! Re read your post. Of course your testicles would hurt after you jumped the fence and hit the ground, silly!
I doubt you did any permanent damage, you'd know this. But the testicles, as we all know, are extremely sensitive, so any type of sudden shift or jarring will produce exquisite pain. Like when you jump off a fence and hit the ground!

IAMSAM is right! Any quick shift or sudden movements/jumps/trauma may hurt your balls.
If you experience any more pain and it continues for no reason at all (like in the middle of the day while sitting down and not horny at all they just hurt), you may want to ask your doctor at your next check-up. If the pain becomes unbearable, see a doctor immediately.

Earlier this month I had really bad pain for about three days. It felt like your balls feel after someone kicks them. OW. Anyway, it would always happen when I sat down, and the pain would go away pretty quickly when I stood up. After those three days, however, the pain went away completely. Does anyone know what this could be?
Oh, by the way, I was at Darien Lake, and all those rollercoasters definitely DID NOT HELP! (my poor balls... :( ) :D

Lol well, I'm just saying, I experience the same thing when that happens, and sometimes it happens out of nowhere, and sometimes it happens when I'm peeing.

Since it went away, I don't think you should worry. As long as the pain doesn't come back all of the sudden, you should be ok and your guess is as good as mine about what it is.
You should create your own thread if you want to ask a question and not hijack someone else's thread.
jjmcray - if it continues to hurt, especially when you're not doing anything that would hurt them, ask your doctor about it.

If they just hurt randomly definitly ask your doctor. If its a severe pain when it happens then it could be an early sign of torsion which isnt at all a pleasant thing!
