Religion Threads

Is there an area where we can talk about our religions? But also most importantly not get our religions bashed by users here, since I have noticed when it comes to questions, and people input their religions they just get bashed badly! Because I would like to talk about my view in Christianity and also get other peoples views who are, but I don't know where to put that, and I don't want any bashing about my thread.

There are a few options here.
If you want complete control over what is posted, then I'd try your blog, and turn on the approval of comments, so you can filter which replies you want, and which you don't. The downside is that it is sometimes hard for people to notice blog posts, so I'd put a link in your signature about it if you chose to do this.

Otherwise, I'd try the White Padded Room or Ramblings of the Wise. Most likely, you'll get scrutiny because of it, but then just ignore the comments which you feel are hateful, or ask if a moderator could remove them.

Like Steven said try a blog. If not I suggest you use the white padded room. As that would be the best place to avoid the bashes as they tend to lurk around the ROTW section. You can post it in the ROTW however be prepared to have people de-rail or hate your thread.

You can also report any hate posts to the forum leaders that is located at the bottom of the forum board.

3) Or start a thread in TWPR. Religion discussions in the forum don't ever go well though and its not limited to just this forum, but life in general. Most people don't have the decency to ignore topics that aren't of interest of them and all it takes is one asshole for a thread to go south.

You could join a social group. Although sometimes they are not very active.
