So, ever since 8 years old, I have been masturbating, and now i'm turning thirteen. It's sickening me, whenever I do it it makes me fell guilty and disguisted. I want to stop, but it keeps coming back. I've avoided looking at or talking to any females showing any skin at all, which is hard during the summer.

I need help, anything?

It's natural to masturbate so I don't know why you feel bad about it. And if you are being extra safe and covering up you will likely wank even more. Maybe you need to talk to a doctor for reassurance. It's not healthy to repress yourself

I understand what you are saying, but I am on a different story.

First of all, like all children my parents don't know I masturbate, and whenever I do it, it feels like I am keeping the worlds biggest secret, from MY OWN PARENTS. Which like I said before, makes me feel guilty.

Second, whenever I masturbate, it feels good right? Wrong, when the orgasm is over, I tend to feel disgusted, like "what have I done?" and try not to do it again, but then the urge comes back and I keep doing it.

Another reason why I hate Masturbating is, if you are christian, the bible says "thou must not spill their seeds on the ground which they walk". Of course Christian is not my religion, but mine is similar to it{Muslim} and masturbating is also wrong in my religion as well.

I'm not in a place to interpret your religion for you, but here's what I think about that.

Seeing as you are going through puberty, your hormones are "going crazy." They give you all these urges, which sometimes, can be near impossible to control. I don't think the Bible meant for you to be constrained like this during puberty, but rather, later on in life is when I think that rule has more "effect" to it.

There's nothing wrong with mastubation and it is almost impossible to stop. Your parents probably know that you masturbate, they were your age once and they have probably heard you at some point. If they cared about it they would have said something by now.

It's normal to feel somewhat disgusted afterwards, you don't need to worry about it. There is nothing you can do about it.

The bible never specifically mentions masturbation. The verse you are referring to, genesis 38:8-10, isn't about masturbation. In it, Onan was told to get his brothers widow pregnant but didn't. Presumably, he pulled out early, thereby "spilling his seed on the ground". He was killed for his disobedience, not for masturbating. I don't know what Islam says about it, however.

like other people have said theres nothing wrong with masturbation its a completely natural thing to do so just stop worrying about it. I know its not easy to because i used to feel the same way that you do now but i just stopped worrying about it and i felt a lot better

It is perfectly normal and if you have been doing it so long will be difficult to totally stop...I remember when i was younger and I had those feelings too, but when I realized my brother did it and others and it was part of growing up I haven't had those feelings to often
