So my main issue is that my voice is still girlish. Im 16 and it really bothers me. People have sometimes assumed I was gay solely based on my voice and that is what my issue is. I have definitely started puberty so that is not the issue. I have also had 2 gfs so I don't think they cared much if at all about my voice. But it is my insecurity. So i want to know, when will my voice deepen? And will it for sure? Anyone have the same problem?

It may have got deeper than it always used to be without you even realising, it might just be that you have a high voice, some people do and there isn't anything you can do about it. If its not that then you will just have to be patient, it will eventually drop.

Well...everyones voice changes at one point or another.theres nothing you can do but be patient.and it really doesnt matter what people say about you. As long as your able to get the girls it really doesnt matter.

Well I wouldn't say "as long as your able to get the girls it really doesnt matter", cause many things, such as voice are what a lot of people tend to see that having a lower voice makes you "more of a man". But anyway, It will become deep sooner or later, remember everyone grows at different rates and things happen at different time, its all part of puberty. As SamB said, it might have actually gotten deeper without you realising it, and yes it will break or has already broken for sure. Anyways, I'd say if you have a high voice now make the most of it, I think loads of us would agree tjhat you'll miss it. My voice is relatively medium at the moment, but it's prevented me from singing all my favourite songs, which sucks.

No one knows if it will deepen or not. You might have a naturally higher voice. I know exactly how you feel, my voice is a bit higher than normal too :/

But there are ways to fix it if your willing to spend the money, take voice lessons. Somewhat like singers do, they can help you get a lower voice, probably by stretching your vocal cords. Each lesson is about $100 each, and you might need 5-8 lessons for it to be effective and for it to help lower your voice.
