HELP ANYONE! Clammy hands :/

I have a disease called hyperhydrosis and it makes my palms and feet sweat uncontrollably. It is probably one of the main things that I'm insecure about. Nobody wants to hold my hand....NOBODY! My last girlfriend and I went on dates and of course we held hands, she always said that my palms were fine and they didn't bother her, but I would constantly notice her wipe her hands on her clothes when I was paying or doing something else. People at mass purposely avoid holding my hand during the our father. If anyone has any tips about how to stop it with out money involved or ordering "free" stuff off the internet I would appreciate it. Oh and I've tried baby powder but that only last for about 10 min. :/

I don't have that condition but I do get really clammy hands too, I know that shaving cream/foam works. At least it did for me, what you do it squirt some on your hands, rub it together and then wash it off. It dries out the skin. You could always go to your doctor and ask for medication, that might help and depending on where you live it's free anyways.

Hey buddy I have hyperhydrosis and I know it sucks. I've tried everything from putting antipersperant on my hands to electrolysis therapy. Nothing worked but surgery for me :/
