Help! need a way to cover scars & cuts

Okay so Im going swimming later today, but i need a way to cover cuts and scars? Any suggestions? :/ Your help is much appreciated :)

I don't know if this is too late and I don't know where about the scars are but I think that make-up would be your best bet for swimming. concealer, foundation then hairspray then repeat and it should stay on making is waterproof as well as make them less visible. Also you could wear leggings/long shorts (kind of like the trunks boys wear to go swimming). That should cover up any on your legs and you could just tell people you don't want to get sunburned? Would bracelets do it on arms? Some people keep them on in the water, you could try it. It might be helpful for people posting if you specified where you need to cover up but I think make-up is probably the best and easiest solution for swimming.
