I have been wanting to lose my love handles and have been motivated to lose some weight. Im average sized, but I have some love handles and a bit of jigglyness in my stomach area, and I would like to lose the love handles and that jigglynees. I have been doing some cardio, and drinking loads of water, but I want to do some exercises to lose love handles, something that kinda works fast. Just to get this out, I dont have the money to buy a Workout DVD set, so there that is. Do any of you know any exercises to do at home to lose love handles???

You can't spot reduce fat. The only way to lose your love handles is to lose overall bodyfat.
Doing 30 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week, and eating less should do the trick.

yea hes right, cant spot reduce. lots of cardio man, 2 adays doing it everyday along with eating right

You need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight. Since eating less and counting calories is tedious, and not needed for a teenager, just try getting at least 30 minutes of exercise every day.

Simple really, either gain muscle and workout while eating extra calories than burnt, then cut calories to reduce body fat faster, or cardio 6 days a week, HIIT, and eating a calorie deficit of healthy calories.
