White bumps...

Lately I've been noticing I have white bumps on my dick, they don't hurt, not even when I squeeze them, should I have this checked out?

Their more than likely something perfectly healthy and relatively normal called Pearly Penile Papules.

They are nothing to worry about, I read somewhere that a lot of guys have them. They are just little packs of fat. nothing to worry about.
