Hai guys, I want to lose some weight but I can't seem to get a good workout and diet going. Any tips. ( I would prefer the whole diet and workout but anything is fine)

Ok, im in a helpful mood today..
Diet:
- Meal timing is irrelevant. Eating 6 times a day yields no metabolic advantage over eating 3 times a day.
- Try to get 80% of your calories from "healthy" options. The other 20% of your diet can consist of foods that you enjoy.
- Total calories and macronutrients (proteins, fats, carbs) are most important.
That being said, you can calculate your calories and macros here:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=121703981
Then, subtract 500 from your BMR (the amount of calories it takes to maintain your current body-weight.)
Workout
- Focus primarily on compound movements that involve multiple muscle groups
Starting Strength is a great beginner program:

Cardio:
- Moderate intensity for 20-30 minutes at a time, and 3-4 times a week
- Whether it's running, basketball, soccer, football -- any sport you enjoy.
Hope this helped.

^^ Pretty much answers everything.
To lose weight:
- Lift weights 3 times a week
- Eat fewer calories than you burn
- Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night

Those suggested above, and get an ipod/phone app to tell you how many calories you've burnt in that day.

Well everyone says they wanna loose weight, but what gets people is they don't do anything about it! If you look to the posts before me, everyone has said a very good plan for you to use (so no need for me to say the same exact plan again), so be committed and don't give up!

Losing weight is quite simple
All you need to do is focus on healthy food that taste good so your body will give up the addiction to junk
Then do a lot of cardio calories are burnt very quickly this way

stop eating junkfood, fastfood. dont drink soda. try to stop eating beef and pork. drink alot of water, if its hard for you to drink alot of water try drinking it room temperature, it helps. also tea is good, but not sweet tea or stuff like that, real tea.
a diet i very highly suggest you atleast try out, eat all you caleries for the day within a few hours and dont eat the rest of the day unless its miniscule, but continue to drink plenty. doit at the same time every day. this makes results fast and isnt at all hard as it might seem, it gives you alot more energy.

I personally stopped eating bread and bread products and drank more tea instead of pop and did 200 crunches for a night for about 3 weeks and lost 20lbs

try swimming. it's a good exercise as all of the body parts are moving and it's fun too.
