Escher's Crystal Ball... One of my favourite pictures. You did notice that there was a paradox, right? :)

The execution of the hand is not bad, but note how long the middle finger is compared to the small finger - you usually don't have such a wide length difference between them. This gives an alien look to the hand. Have also a check at the articulation of the thumb with the palm: the thumb bones seem definitely too small.

Most important gripe: the ball is not a proper sphere. It is unfortunate because the perspective inside it was convincing overall. You also made a good work on shading, giving depth to the holding hand - I definitely like that.

My tip if you attempt to reproduce such a complex figure again is to first build the base structure/skeleton without paying much attention to the original, then flesh details out, this time using the original.

On the other drawing, I don't have much to say, because it is quite abstract. But I note that there again, you gave effort to properly reproduce shades; as a result, we see volumes, not flat shapes. This is convincing and thus, to me, good :).

Maybe you should consider drawing from life - Your technical skills seem way sufficient to craft original figures drawn from nature. Just try!

that crystal ball one is very impressive. a little shaky on the actual sphere, but above all, crisp quality and really portrays a message of someone looking at themselves and reflecting on life. very good.
