My doctor recently diagnosed me with an L5_S1 Slipped Disc. He said in 4 weeks if it is not subsided i will get a corticosteroid injection as i am going away on holidays soon and wish to not be in pain. He said if all else fails he will offer me a discectomy. Has anyone around the agres of 14 - 16 had a slipped disc and if so any advice on how to rid of it naturally. I've had it 6 months undiagnosed and it is only in the past 6 weeks the pain has spiraled out of control. I have always stayed physically active no matter what.
