I have quite a low pain threshold and I'm wondering if theres any way I can make it so I can bear more pain. I think this is the best section to post this in if not feel free to move it but I really want to know because its really annoying how little things like needles can push me to tears.

To be honest there is no way to "increase your pain threshold" it is just something that happens naturally.
I mean, for example if deal with needles a lot then after a few times you begin not to notice it.
There are things on the internet that will tell you there are ways to increase you pain threshold but very few are safe. It also about endurance pain hurts everybody even little bits of pain. However, if you can endure the pain then you have registered what it feels like and you mentally prepare yourself.
So it something that really happens naturally + how well you can prepare yourself mentally and how well you can control your endurance.

It's just how you think of it.. when you get hurt just accept that it happens and move on. This is what I did when I was in martial arts tournaments and I got punched. If you stress out and worry you are going to go down fast and increase your suffering.
