Try PC muscle exercises. Control urself when u urinate. Stop and resume ...doing this often will strengthen ur ejaculation and prolong it. Use google

Same as you would if you where masturbating really fast and about to cum, either slow down or stop.. if you con't at a fast pace your going to cum as you have experienced

I find that if u find the right position u can stop a cum from coming out
