OCD with games?

Alright so this really isn't a severe mental thing nor is it just about video games so move to the correct place if necessary. Ok so I just made a new account on ps3 but I'm having OCD about trophies on it to the point where I don't want to play anything on it. I feel as though if I play a game I must platinum it... but as some gamers know that is outrageous I can't platinum every game. Any ideas as to how I can get over the stupid feeling?

Never look at your trophies? I don't have a PS3 so I don't know if they're shown to you when you start a game or if you go to a certain place. If the latter, ignore it if you can. Or you could just think of it as a rainbow of platinum, gold, silver, and bronze (or whatever colors they are). Think of it as not that they all need to be the same, but that you need variety because one color would be boring.

that's not OCD, that's just pretty dedicated gaming. Loads of my friends are like that too. I don't really see the point in trophies but hey, anything to keep you occupied.
