I saw it today, and I have to say it was really good. I was not too huge of a fan of how it was done though. I love that they stuck to the original plot more, but I hate how they executed it. The Spider Man trilogy seemed a lot more well produced. So it has it's ups and downs.

I saw it. I don't understand why they had to make a new Spiderman when they already covered it before.

I saw it and loved it. It was really good. Who ever the guy is that plays Peter Parker is a lot better. And Emma Stone, sexy.

They stuck more to the comics. The first 3 Spiderman movies had Peter as a loser and a nerd when he's actually smart, a smart ass, and doesn't keep his mouth closed when it comes to criminals.

Hence the different title - The Amazing Spiderman.

I saw it liked it. Spiderman is the best superhero on my books. Andrew Garfield is extremely HOTT!!. And for those who don't get why they made a new one, google " Film Reboot"

the reason they did it is because the first 3 were based of the cartoons.
The new series is based of the Comics

I really did want to enjoy it, but I just couldn't. I felt like it didn't flow the way the other movies did. I've never read the comics or watched the cartoon, mind you, so I'm just saying this from a movie-only standpoint.

There was too much mumbling and stammering and overall shyness between the leads, even after they became a couple. The characters felt stiff and didn't really look like they wanted to interact with each other. Some of the acting...I don't know whether it was deliberate or just really bad, but some characters were totally indifferent to their surroundings, even really dangerous ones. Everything felt like it was happening randomly and for no real reason. And a bunch of other stuff that I don't feel like going into because it's late and I'm tired.
