That sounds somewhat serious and I think it would be wise to speak to your doctor about it so he can refer you to the proper specialist to check it out and figure out exactly what's going on there.

I would like to recommend you go to your doctor with this as it does sound slightly serious. It is much better to be safer than sorry.

It seems like it didn't heal properly from last time, see a doctor so they can feel your knee to see if any bones are out of place or sore muscles, and/or xray it.
