I don't know if this is because my internet connection:
3G>Samsung Galaxy> WiFi >Windows 7. (This is temporary tethering)
But all images are blurry in Google Chrome (version 20.0.1132.47 [up to date apparently]) and it say's: "Shift+R improves the quality of this image."
But I just want it to load at a decent quality immediately. I had this problem before is there a way around this?
So annoying :headache:

Taking the advice from here: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20100331121715AAX0Hi0 (quick Bing search for this) your issue is almost certainly your ISP/3G provider. That page offers a solution for Firefox, the instructions should translate fairly well to a Chrome extension (just browsing the Google extension site it looks like ModHeader might do what you want)
Edit: If tethering is temporary it might not really be worth it to you to do all of that & just wait until you get a non 3G connection.

Yes, problem solved since I'm now back on 30+ Meg Fiber optic broadband. :D
Anyway, I realised it probably was my mobile operator, it's just it was the same day I started to get the impression chrome had updated automatically. At the time I had no idea how long I would be connecting like that for.
:locked: It's not really, but the problem is solved. ;)

i'm also on a 3G connection and I've never had this issue, however have you thought it to be an issue with the 3g connection itself?
