Really confused.

First off, I'm 13 years old. I think i'm getting pretty advanced - but I'm not sure if this is considered abnormel (sp?) development. I already have pubic hair around my penis that someone at stage five should have - it's black, curling, and covers a good portion of the area. i'm not sure if this is abnormel for my age, but I masturbate regularly - would this speed up the growth rate? I'm noticing hair on the lower chest and under the arms developing, but i'm not sure if being at this stage is average for someone at my age

See, this is why I don't like stages. The amount of body hair you have has little to do with how far you are in puberty and can't be measured like that.

So completely forget stages man. Next, masturbating doesn't speed up growth (why would it? You release semen...not hormones :P)

You're probably just a hairy guy and your hair's coming in early. It's not abnormal at all - it's how puberty's going for you individually! :D

you're just an early developer. Pubic hair amount/type is a determining factor of how far you're into puberty, caused by hormones. Masturbation has no effect on the speed of development.

I both agree and disagree. He's not exactly far into puberty because he has a lot of body hair/pubic hair, he could just be a hairy guy, although it is caused by hormones.
