@blackpo: Why the fuck would the drinking age be dependent on the age at which a male's penis stops growing? Do you not know that girls don't have penises? Do you also not know that the penis stops growing at different times for everyone? Get educated.

Penis growth is different for EVERYONE. It usually stops growing around the age of 20-25.
